I would like to thank Richa and Neha. When I joined their weight loss course, I was not sure that how my journey will be started and also I had doubt about their diet plan that leaving everything will set me weak. But Richa’s diet plan made me more strong and I feel more confident now after loosing inches and shedding few kilos. Richa is amazing and let her students understand about their own food habits and hunger.
