Refund Policy – Indian Weight Loss Diet (IWLD)

At Indian Weight Loss Diet (IWLD), we are committed to offering you the best-in-class coaching, support, and transformation systems. To ensure clarity and transparency in our operations, please read our Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses, challenges, or programs.

No Refund After Start Date

Strict No Refund Policy:
We do not offer any refunds on or after the starting date of any course, challenge, or program, under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):

• Personal, professional, or medical emergencies
• Discontinuation of participation by the student
• Dissatisfaction with course outcomes
• Change of mind or inability to attend sessions
• Misunderstanding of program details (once access has been granted)

Once a course has commenced, our operational, teacher allocation, and backend costs are triggered immediately, and hence, no reversals are permissible.

Requesting Refund Before the Start Date

Refunds, if requested before the official start date, may be considered only on a discretionary basis and must meet the following conditions:

1. A written refund request must be submitted on our App.
2. The request must be received at least 48 hours before the course start time.
3. An administrative deduction of 15% of the total fee will be applied to cover transaction and setup costs.

IWLD reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request made before the start date.

📲 How to Raise a Refund Request

To raise a refund request:

1. Open the IWLD App
2. Go to “My Profile”
3. Click on the “Refund” button
4. Mention the reason for the refund clearly
5. Submit the request

Your request will be reviewed and processed as per our policy and discretion.

Transfers and Adjustments

• The course fee cannot be transferred to another course or participant once the program has begun.
• No carry-forward or credit system is allowed for unused services after the start date.

Consent and Agreement

By enrolling in any IWLD program through any platform (website, app, invoice, social media, or third-party channels), you agree to this Refund Policy in full. This policy is binding and non-negotiable once the course access has commenced.
