Richa kharab is the most professional and awesome person I have came through. I was able to loose 7 kg in a month with your magic diet. I haven’t met her but interactions via whatsapp and calling. She has not even failed my single query and treat you so beautifully that u want to follow every step. When I started I was like how eating so much gonna help me but i was so wrong. I would like to thank Richa and Neha. When I joined their weight loss course, I was not sure that how my journey will be started and also I had doubt about their diet plan that leaving everything will set me weak. But Richa’s diet plan made me more strong and I feel more confident now after loosing inches and shedding few kilos. Not only I have lost my excess weight, I have got my confidence & energy back.
Intake of Desi ghee and butter will help in weight loss I never ever thought of, also I am a sugar loving person and I did not know how to control my intake before I met you. You taught me tricks how to replace sugar with other products and that worked miracles for me. I am very grateful to you for understanding my situation and working with me accordingly.
I used to drink very nominal amount of water but now I’m having lots and lots of it. I’m very happy with my changed lifestyle and weight loss journey .

It has been 1 month I started this diet, I m happy to see the results as this diet makes u learn how u can differentiate over ur thirst and hunger as earlier when I use to be hungry of water I use to eat food now it has completely balanced my day with good quantity of water and home made food that too which is full of ghee and butter.
I lost almost 6kg a month but it taught me to control my unnecessary cravings of junk. I am happy and blessed to start this diet and richa is a great mentor who teaches u and motivates u on every step and now In my second month waiting to see more better results

I have had a great experience so far with the weight loss plan offered by Richa ji . The diet is healthy as well as there is a lot of variety especially for non vegetarian, so it is easy to follow. Lipika , especially has been very helpful and motivating through out my journey till date. I lost 5.5 this month hope for more and more in future …Thanks to Richa . I would highly recommend it. …
