Not only I have lost my excess weight, I have got my confidence & energy back.
Intake of Desi ghee and butter will help in weight loss I never ever thought of, also I am a sugar loving person and I did not know how to control my intake before I met you. You taught me tricks how to replace sugar with other products and that worked miracles for me. I am very grateful to you for understanding my situation and working with me accordingly.

It has been 1 month I started this diet, I m happy to see the results as this diet makes u learn how u can differentiate over ur thirst and hunger as earlier when I use to be hungry of water I use to eat food now it has completely balanced my day with good quantity of water and home made food that too which is full of ghee and butter.
I lost almost 6kg a month but it taught me to control my unnecessary cravings of junk. I am happy and blessed to start this diet and richa is a great mentor who teaches u and motivates u on every step and now In my second month waiting to see more better results

I have had a great experience so far with the weight loss plan offered by Richa ji . The diet is healthy as well as there is a lot of variety especially for non vegetarian, so it is easy to follow.
