Richa Kharb is an experienced professional coach.

Beginning from the grassroot level, Richa always wanted to lose her weight for it being the solution to cure a million of problems. In Hustle and Bustle of searches and experimenting various weight loss centres scenarios training through electric shocks and heated pads for weight loss never worked out.
She did Aerobics for 12 consecutive years with this thought that workout, starving and skipping meals would help her reduce weight but it was all in vain. For years, She lived in this spurious thought that she was living a very healthy lifestyle, until she discovered that she was diagnosed with hypothyrodism.
As rightly said, “Once life introduces you to a challenge, the only option you have is to fight back.” Even Richa did that. This was a turning point in her life. Thus, she started out her search for numerous courses and certifications. And finally after a setback of hard work she ran the biggest gym in punjabi bagh, West delhi for a couple of years, where she gained a major experience of training and working with thousands of Clients. She always kept learning and experiencing that added to her skilling checklist.

Her empathy for people suffering from obesity, diabetes, PCOS, PCOD, Hypothroid, Heart health, anti aging , cancer propelled her to take the decision to spread her knowledge and experience with people and help them cure their problem of weight loss through natural and tested ways.
This system of teaching about the Indian food combination plan along with daily calls answering is the result of her curiosity to solve problems of her clients/students.
She herself is a Master trainer too and does a lot of strength and endurance training. This helped her differentiate the clear difference between workouts and weight loss. Her aim is to spread this awareness to the masses so that they can always make an informed choice and no one can sell them workouts for weight loss.
